Shipping Terms and Conditions:

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates are non-refundable.

Order Tracking A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refused or Returned Packages If an international package is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties/taxes:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • We will refund only the product amount (minus original outbound shipping costs) once the item is received back in our warehouse

Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) customs delays, carrier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these shipping terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS / FedEx / UPS. Delivery times are estimates only and typically range from 7–28 business days depending on the destination.

Important Customs Information International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

 This means:

  • We handle shipping up to the destination country’s border.
  • The buyer is responsible for all customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any additional fees.
  • Customs delays or holds are common and outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

2. Refund & Return Policy 

Refunds for International Orders Refunds are issued only after the item is returned to our warehouse in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not refund duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs fees, as these are paid directly to your government and are non-refundable.

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs fees/duties, we will issue a refund for the product amount only, minus the original outbound shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Shipping Delays & Customs We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. If an order is significantly delayed due to customs, we will work with the carrier to provide updates, but this does not qualify for a full refund unless the item is returned to us
